Sterling flowers layered construction, any thoughts ?

I've had this set for quite a while, the construction is interesting and I'm hoping someone can tell me when and/or where this was made.
Only mark is 'STERLING' on the bracelet clasp.
I'm pretty sure the pin was part of the bracelet and was professionally converted to a pin long ago.
Alot of work in this, any ideas about this set ?
TIA. Smiley Happy

I have a pendant which, if I remember correctly has the same flat back filigree. It has gorgeous sapphire blue oval stones and the bale has a fancy matching front like would be expected on Art Deco pieces. Which seems like a wrong guess now as I see the clasp on yours in newer. (Unless yours is a replacement?)

Crow, are you talking about the clasp on the bracelet or pin ?

Sorry, Bracelet clasp. I think I have a picture in my photobucket. I will see if I can access it later today.

p.s. Also want to add, because of the wonderful color on the stones, I was thinking Austria for my Pendant.

Crow, the clasp on the bracelet is a thin vintage fold over clasp, looks to be original and maybe 1940's or so.

The sterling mark is somewhat worn from wear.

I haven't been able to get into my photobucket using my iPod 😞

That's OK Crow, if you are able to post it, I thank you but if not, please don't worry about it. Smiley Happy

I finally got into my photobucket. I was sure I had images of both sides but no luck, just the front.

Maybe you can see why I thought Austria?
