Purple And Green Brooch Earrings ID Help

HI,

I'm trying to figure out who made these pretty pieces,no marks on them. The Brooch is 2" in length. The colours are quite nice, but they don't show up very well in the photos. It has been a while since I've posted, hope the photos are okay.

Any ideas appreciated.

construction doesnt look D&E. THe design looks a bit Schreiner-y, but I dont know about the construction

I agree the cups do not seem consistent with D&E.
