OT: Moderator or anybody know where Technical Board/Group is?

I've searched everywhere for a Technical Board or Group - found some references to Archived threads, but no link to where to go now for technical issues from other eBay Members. I checked site map, browsed Boards and Groups, went to Resolution Center. From Discussion Board home page, using Ask a Question to Other eBay Members, I found some technical posts, but no replies, nor info as to where the thread was posted. Anybody know where it is? I'm hoping a moderator can point us in the right place.

Diane, I read about this a while back on the "New Community Board" and this subject was raised, a mod responded ....

Thanks, Arlene - I just went to that thread and added to that discussion. So many of the same issues there that we have struggled with here.

As for finding that thread - I actually did find it during my searches, but NO link to where it was nor to any of the replies -- just the complete text of the initial post. How useful was that???

I can't help but think that if those of us who have used eBay for  years are struggling to figure out how things work, new people just starting would be totally turned off and just go away.
