I can't ID this patent number?

Last one and then I'm turning on the TV.  This set has a patent number of 156452 but it brings up everything except what I am looking for.  I've tried every version of these numbers but no luck.  Maybe not a US patent number?

FW Moulson 1949 -- so that gives you an early bound to the age of the piece.

@eburtonlab, thank you so much!  I didn't know there was another site for checking.  I just always used the US Patent & Trademarks site.  I'll be sure to add this to my book marks.
