Help indentify brooch Designer

Any idea who the designer of this brooch is? Appears to have a plated finish.

Dunno why, but it reminds me of Coro..and their stuff is notorious for obscure markings under the plating.  Sometimes you have to check vereeee carefully.  Especially right below the clasp..kinda looks like might be something there on the stem?  Or an optical illusion.  🙂
