I`m gonna go out on a limb & suggest Regency. In seeing other examples they did use an assortment of settings like yours..prong set...scalloped set..& dog tooth (or crown) set.
And they often had the single baguette rhinestone on their clasps.
Not saying for sure it is..but that`s what`s calling to me..& no, not all their items were signed.
Someplace to look further, tho.
