Could These earrings be D&E and also need help with description. TIA

Hi I was thinking that these Earrings may be D&E due to the Floating Wire that attaches the instrument? to the back of the earring and also the style of the clip itself. I have been searching but could find nothing. 

Also do you see what I see ( a person perhaps playing an instrument)? Thanks in advance

It does seem to have puddling.

I thought so too, however the puddling look more crude than i am use to seeing.

Looks like it a bit but D&E doesnt usually use the cone shaped rhinestone cups
