Are these quartz or agate polished stone chips?

I probably shouldn't respond unless I know for sure, but it looks like agate to me. I'd let others chime in, though. The rest is hematitie, right?

Maybe you could search "hematite agate" and see if you could find anything like it.

Re the metallic looking beads, only the four balls are magnetic, the smaller beads are not so I assume not hematite although they certainly look like it.

Lots of nice stones are quartz like carnelian, rock crystal, agate and amethyst are some. I wouldn't know if it weren't for the wonderful people on the jewelry board!
