Anyone heard of "No 23 China Silver SG or SC"

So I've got this nicely decorated bracelet and I'm trying to find out something about the company. At first I thought it was "No 23 China Silver Co" but then again I look at it and it looks more like SG instead of SC.

I think if it's SG it would be an abbreviation for Singapore (at least that what I get when I google it.) 

So any ideas?
