  what is the best category of direct shipping

AFAIK you can set your search for Free International Shipping, (left hand side of page) not sure what your second question is relating to "what is the best category of direct shipping"

Have to assume that you know that "free shipping items" are not really shipped for free.  In most cases, the seller has built the shipping cost into the price of the item.  A $10 item with $5 shipping costs the same as  a $15 item with free shipping.
