Need help Identifying fabric pattern

Hi everyone! A seller who is making face masks had this pattern but unfortunately sold out. It's cotton. I did a quick search on Joann's and did not find it. If anyone can ID it so I can buy it somewhere else I would really appreciate it. This is the best pic I could do. Thanks in advance!

What year do you believe it was made? Running a search found very similar patterns that were made in the 50’s.
