I purchased a three person swing and when it arrived, the seat and seat frame are missing. Completely non-functional as is. Seller offered $55 refund and for me to buy part locally. There is no place to buy part locally. I did not accept sellers offer and have not heard back from the. Their site says they have 46 more in stock. I suggested they get the part from one of those in stock, send me an intact one with all parts, or a complete refund. Very disappointed!!
