It's someone in a bow tie (possibly in a tux) on a skateboard.

Or are you asking if there's a specific brand or pattern name that goes with the image?

I was asking if it was a specific brand. I thought it was a bartender pouring 3 shots or drinks

You are correct. I see the bartender now. Not sure why I saw someone sitting on a skateboard before - I did think it was odd that 3 wheels were showing instead of 2 or 4. 😂
