My buyer is trying to commit fraud with a bait and switch tactic. After receiving item customer stated he received a far superior less valuable item and has started a return with eBay. I have tried to contact eBay and talk to somebody in person to plead my case but I'm having no luck. It seems eBay is completely in favor of the buyer and the seller has no option. Need help on what I need to do next.
We have a comic book/sports memobilia and card shop in m my local area andvwhen y ou go in to buy anything he has everything marked with prices and regardless of those prices he will look them up on eBay and if the price is higher than whats marked he will switch prices, hence bait and switch. I have told him that that's illegal in the State of Vermont.
