Hello Everyone,
I am hoping to get feedback on this situation. I opened my ebay store back in July so I am still very new to selling. I sold a pair of shoes to a buyer at the beginning of Aug. They quickly paid and I shipped out the shoes to them. They received the shoes and everything was great. I never heard from the buyer again. Today, the person opened a case through Paypal saying they never authorized this shoe purchase. So now paypal is holding the $150.00 until they investigate the case. How is this possible? They purchased the shoes and they received them. Is this a buyer trying to scam me to keep the shoes at no cost? What do I do in this situation? Do I just wait for Paypal to investigate or is there something more I can do?
Thanks for all your help on this!

Sometimes kids use mummy's card to make a purchase. Then mummy finds out....
Put the tracking into the Paypal Dispute as proof of delivery. If you got a signature (doubtful, you don't need it on items with this value) put that in too.
