A question regarding receiving payment.

I'm very new to selling on ebay  in recent years and as such I sold an item 2 and a half weeks ago.  The item has been shipped, step by step verifications as to where the current location of package had been and customer has already sent me a message thanking me for the play by play and received said item.  So where is my money?  Initially said somewhere I would receive money by Feb 23rd I believe and I called to relay the package was received and the service rep said money was there and as soon as it showed received item they would release money. It's been another week making this the fourth week and I go to Seller account and says funds released in 24 hours and that was Saturday and this is Monday.  Could it be due to this being Presidents Day?

Maybe. But new sellers who are non-US have longer waits than US-based sellers.

Or you may be dumb like me, and have an incorrect email attached to your PP account. I have nearly $150 in  payments and can't figure out how to retrieve it, because the attached bank account and attached phone number are no longer mine.
