How to ship empty small oxygen cylinders

I would like to receive input on how other members have shipped small empty oxygen cylinders

Hi, Oxygen cylinders must be marked with durable Class 5 UN hazmat labels in an easily visible location on both the cylinders themselves and on shipping boxes used as over-packs. Oxygen cylinders must have valve protection caps securely in place during transportation.

Intriguing question-- what are the circumstances under which one would buy oxygen cylinders, either empty or full, on line?
