@lk2015_asee   Since you are located in Sri Lanka you can not legally accept payments on PayPal.  

Paypal can only SEND money from Sri Lanka you can not receive the buyers payments.

Receiving buyers payments through PayPal is the ONLY way you can be paid.  Even when a buyer pays with a credit or debit card Paypal MUST process the payment.

I'm sorry but you can't sell on eBay.

You're from Sri Lanka and can't legally accept Pay Pal payments so getting paid is going to be a problem.
