Can you tell me if this coach bag is real? It feels and sounds strange, creaky/squeaky.

I think its a swinger? It's a really noisy bag and I haven't encountered that before so I'm unsure if it's real. Maybe it was coated in something that's making it sound that way?  It also has an odd texture but maybe that's just age.
