Trying to figure out what to call this piece on a jacket

This is an Oleg Cassini Sport jacket, and it has ties at the bottom with those things that you press together to tighten or loosen the ties.  I can't remember what to call them.  Here's a picture.  Any help would be apprecited.

That happens to me alot, you spend time looking up stuff, providing links and such and boom the OP gives the solution to themselves!  IMO the highlighted " solution" greeny shouldn't be allowed to show up on a reply by original poster.
