Brown is authentic Helen's Legacy made in 1994. 

Blue is authentic Ergo shoulder bag made in 1997.

Hi, An update and more, better information concerning your 2 bags in question. Both are authentic, the first one’s full name and description is: Helen Berg’s Legacy bag, (New in 1994) in Mahogany, #E4C-9953 was made in May 1994 at the USA Plant ‘C’. Your second bag is actually an Ergo Mini Zip bag (New in 1997), #H7D-9020 (Not ‘H70’ Like you thought) in Glacier, made in August 1997 at the USA Plant ‘D’. Good luck!
