Help with Chanel Necklace authentication

Hello not totally optimistic but I picked up a Chanel necklace from a vintage antique store and the owner did tell me it is real however I am not totally in agreement due to my own research after the purchase. I asked if there are any markings and she said " yes the 925 is"  but 925 only means sterling silver I think. Also reached to vinatgefive to authenticate.

IMO definitely not authentic without stamping. Sorry. Authentic Chanel sterling would be stamped. You can always use a pro for $7.50 I’ve used authenticate4u but IMO you have a higher grade counterfeit.
