being defrauded by a seller

I bought a cell phone from a seller and have documentation. The seller is in US and has included an extra all state protection at 52.99 over the price of the phone and accidental breakage is supposedly covered and the seller does not give proper information. I paid with my ebay card and it is a master card. I usually use PayPal and have had no issues. Or have bought other items with a buyer protection. Customer service is supposedly working with seller and I have never sen this practice. This was a 400plus dollar cell phone and I plan on opening a case with Missouri Attorney General of the Federal trade commission for deceptive trade practices. I have never had to go this far. There is more information on another seller who is in violation, but lets do it one at a time. Buyer be aware!!!

did you file a claim with ebay for a bad item, its not done over the phone

you do not need to talk to ebay to make a claim

was the extra warranty forced on you, if so you should undo the deal with a claim

how about letting us know what happened
