So I've had a few incidents of 2 sellers sending me games that were listed as "Very Good" condition, but once I had received the games from the UPS. I had noticed that the games contained multiple deep scratches that make it impossible to be a playable product. Is this something that commonly happens to others when purchasing games, movies or CDs?
I figured I'd buy off them seeing that they had quite a good amount of ratings, yet feeling discouraged about buying games & things alike with the amount of scratches that are on the products I have ordered. Especially seeing that the sellers have a mass chunk of their inventory listed as "Very Good condition"

Open a not as described/damaged case through the Resolution Center.
Seller must pay return shipping.

I have also faced something similar when I ordered a WiFi router. The router was redirecting to a different IP IP address altogether and the very next week, it stopped working.
You should definitely claim a refund. Check all the policies and contact the eBay support team.

7 days return policy? Isn't the default time for Media 30 days?
