Problem with cheaters on ebay:
I ordered electronics (US $ 50) from a seller in july, and received the item in august. I found the item was defect, and reported to seller. After som discussion he aksepted to send a new unit in september. I received nothing in november, and asked seller about shipment. He wrote dont worry, we check the shipment. Nothing happend. I contacted seller, he could not do anything caused the Chinees new year. I contacted seller again, only answered dont worry. several new contact, same answer. The seller inform a shipping number in march, so I had to wait. Tracking information was correct to the area where I live. I found this parcel was NOT to me, this was in may. The seller was a lier, he had no intension to send a new unit as promised. Almost 10 moths has pased, I trusted the seller but I was cheated, and Ebay can not help (timeout). I am rather angry at this seller.
Do anyone have a proposel how to solve this matter?
