I bought a camers from a seller names Bessky on ebay for USD 59, never received the item in MArch 2017
Corersponded with the buyer and opened a case in early May 2017.
However the buyer responded and said the posit office confirmed that it will be delivered this week and requested me to close the case. He seemed genuine hence the case was closed on the 30th of May.
The buyer then said they are dispathing another item and to wait for 6 more weeks. never received this either. Then he promised to give me a refund however I keep writing to him frequently and have not heard from him for the last one month.
I have opened a case onPaypal however since I closed the case on Ebay and it is over 90 days, I am unable to do anything.
