The pattern is by Fenton called Stag & Holly. I've only seen it in Carnival Glass. Fakes were made of this pattern. Hope this atleast steers you in the right direction.
agree that it is stag and holly and not carnival glass. the Cobalt Color is off for that era. pictures of the bottom/feet would help with determining it's use. am referencing the ( bible of ) 8TH edition carnival glass, by Bill Edwards and Mike Carwile. the glass molds are still out there and being used. this might have been a later run made by fenton or whoever has the molds. find a fenton group, they might know more. hope this helps 🙂
