No idea of the i.d., but it's absolutely GORGEOUS!

Elaborate seafood cocktail insert?  You put ice in a stemmed glass, place this on top, rounded side down, and fill with shrimp or crab cocktail or oysters and so on.  The flange of the insert rests on the lip of the stemmed glass.  This beautiful arrangement keeps the seafood nicely chilled.  What do you think?
