Help me identify the maker of this glass table lamp

I believe it to be French or at least continental

undoubtedly from czechoslovkia. may call it Bellova style without any proof  they made it.

Thank you. I agree with you in term of what I was able to research ie the quality but I still havent been able to find this exact model anywhere. I did notice that Bellova does not sign which means they must of used a sticky foil of some kind
