How to identify Scammers

I am a new member. I heard there are scammers. Can you suggest some tips to identify scammers when buying and selling items on ebay?

First, you need a way you can be paid.

Myself, I try to stay away from anyone that uses fake accounts trying to sell here.

Here is a tip. Check this board for about a week or so and read some of the post. You'll get an idea.

I didn't know scammers exist only in one country. I didn't want racism here. Anyways, thank you for sharing with the community.
