Can Anyone Identify the Logo/Symbol on this Purse

Hello!

I have not been able to find out anything about this purse through internet searches. It feels well made and may be older- it has no cell phone pockets.

I am hoping someone will recognize the logo or symbol on the clasp or the name on the inside tag. 

My searches for Sung Lim did not reveal anything pertaining to purses or handbags.

I think the last name Sung orinated in Korea, Song/ Sung, since the country was divided, people with the same last names but different pronunciation, like Lee in the north but in the south same last name but pronounced as Yee.
I had been there and seen stores selling well made handbags by local designers and sometimes way more expensive the imported ones because of the leather or materials. Hope this helps
