need help with these 2 delfts blauw chargers

how do i tell if these are the real variety are the tourist variety, i can not tell if they are hand painted are transware, they are 15 1/4" and show no ware on the back but they were hanging on the wall. i do not see any dots on the painting and on the back reads hand painted.  bill

Maker is Chemkefa. No older than 1970s:

Chemkefa is the abbreviated name of Chemisch Keramisch Fabriek. The factory was established by the former Sphinx employee Leendert Zwikker after the Sphinx was closed in 1969. Chemkefa is located in Maastricht. It specializes in transferware blue & white decorative Delftware chargers with traditional Dutch scenes. Chemkefa uses a very dark blue paint.
