Millefiori? Yes. Italian blown glass? Without a signature, it's hard to tell.
Reproductions, from China and many other countries, are common.
Italian style blown glass items can be found in stores such as Rss's, Peer1, etc.
Err on the side of caution. If you aren't sure of the item's authenticity, describe it as Italian Style .
