Need help to identify a vintage, possibly Italian ceramic vase.

I’m trying to get information regarding the maker of a vase I bought in France. The bottom is numbered and signed but it is difficult to make out the first name, the second name looks like “Marcello”. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks
