Does anyone know if this is a stand for brass or woodwind instruments?  The bell of my  clarinet fits nicely on the left side.  Could the other side be for an oboe?  Or is it for brass instruments?  I am also wondering if there is another name for this item.  Thanks if you can help.

I'm not a wind player, but woodwinds seems like an excellent guess to me, more so than brass.
