I have no idea what this could be used for.  Anyone know?

Also, any idea on the maker?  The only mark is "K-94".

It's a cigarette holder.

Probably a made in Japan imported product, suggesting Norcrest the maker, will check into it and be back later.

I believe it is Norcrest. I can not prove it, but I doubt anyone could disprove either. Norcrest shape and size, Norcrest style of number. Dates to the 1950s.
