What is the stamp on these pewter shot glasses?

Need help identifying these shot glasses.   Also is it a lion or a bear.  Pewter or stainless steel?  (1.7 oz. each)

Try a magnet. Pewter is a non-ferrous alloy (no iron), so if the magnet sticks it's not pewter.
