If you simply want to remove the hairline cracks I will share a top secret watch repairman's trick with you. Simply take a couple of inches of water in a cup and add your dial then drop an overnight Polident denture tab or two in. I prefer the "smokers" version. It will gently lift the dirt from the hairline cracks and you will not even be able to find them with a loupe. I have used this method for years with a great success rate as does many people in the field. I have never hurt a porcelain dial and rarely do I find one that does not come out perfectly cleaned. I have had stubborn cracks that needed a second soaking.

Yes I think tablets from another company will work fine if they are for dentures.

The dial appears to be from a late 19th C. centre seconds chronograph recording in 1/5th seconds and the chances of finding a better example are, in my opion, zero.
Having a precise replica made by a skilled dial maker would be very expensive and there can be few surviving dial makers today.
A domestic solution of Hydrogen Peroxide will do a similar job to denture tablets.

Check it every couple of hours. No need to over soak it!
