Need help identifying the maker of this art glass vase

I couldn't find an artist signature. Etched numbers on the bottom are possibly NBO-052-3-? . Thanks.

You don't mention the NW underneath - possibly initials?

Wow, what a brilliant ID. So they were his initials after all (MN), I just misread both of them. 😀

Thank you for seeing the initials. I had not seen them yet, so I appreciate you calling my attention to them. From there, I was able to get an identification from orphie1402. It was an interesting Pinterest article. He had quite a brilliant career.

One last thing - now that we know the last two numbers are the year, I'd suggest 75 (for 1975).
