Need help figuring out name on specter bronze statue

The female is walking on the name signed to it, if anyone recognizes it? Also the other statue could be be Apollo?

There is a well known bronze sculptor named George Van de Voorde, but the first initial on yours looks like "L" and the signature is different from those I see for George.   The name signed on yours could be Van (de) Voorde though.

I can't really make much of the photos but if the female is holding a cornucopia, she is likely to be Demeter / Ceres.

I'm really not sure what you mean by "specter bronze." Are you maybe thinking of spelter (which looks like bronze, but isn't)?
