Need ID on silverplate pattern

I bought this set at an auction.  It looks like stainless but it is marked 1847 Rogers and IS on the back.  My book only has patterns up to late 1960's and I think this is later than that.

   Looks like the pattern maybe called Carino,  Stainless. Hope it helps.

if it's marked "IS" and no "sterling" on the silverware. that means it's not silver.

In this case, the "IS" means International Silver Company.
