Need Help Reading Artist Signature on pottery drum?

I bought this drum and noticed it had a signature, anyone know who this is or at least can tell me the maker or possibly some of the words? I took the pictue as best as i could it was hard to get an angle that allowed enough light, and i took a picture of the drum too. any help would be appreciated thank you. All i got outof it is its 1/95 of course.

I agree with "Abdul" and "Alwan," but I think the middle name is Hamid.

It'll need confirmation, but I think this might be him:

"I purchased two doumbeks from Abdul Hamid Alwan, a wonderful man with a great shop in Milwaukee, WI that sold many, many things. And in the back of that shop were drums."
