Looking for info on copper ale warmer

I believe this is an antique ale warmer/muller. Wondering if anyone can identify the maker from the mark. It also says coach and horses and I don't know if that may be the pub it was from in England. It is labeled 1 pint and beneath the mark it says 78. All help is very appreciated.

Looks like an ale/cider warmer/muller to me, too.  The Coach & Horses is a pretty famous pub in London.  Maybe from there.  Maybe a souvenir.
