Is this Icart print authentic or a fake?

My neighbor left this with me when he moved out of the area. Just wondering if anyone can tell me if it's authentic.

Looks like it might be but with those (cel phone?) pics I'm not going to stick my head on the line. Do you have a proper camera that has a macro/close up setting?  Most important would be the sig. Is it pencil? Can you show a crystal clear in focus sot of that? Since you have the year published (1929) it should be easy to track down an original to compare it to as a start.

Also, a close up, proper orientation shot of that paper mark will help too. If you reduce the size of your photos before uploading them, they will come out with the proper orientation.
