Identify maker of glass art?

Hello,

I've searched and haven't found any luck with finding the marker besides similar glass pieces that are similar. The logo is stamp on the bottom and has a 'H' inside of a big 'C'. 

Measurements-

9" H x 3-1/2"W

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

It is not art glass.

And it is probably Owens-Illinois:  I inside an oval, not H  inside C

Do a Google image search on "Owens-Illinois pitcher" and I imagine you'll find it.

Found the maker!

It is art glass and I can tell by the techique and definitely not pressed glass. It's a H inside of C. 

I just found the maker Chalet.
