Yes, of course it is. I knew it looked familiar, but the only cells working in my brain at this time of the day kept saying "early New Yorker cartoonist", lol.

Now THIS is what you want to find at a yard sale for $5. The original that is. Certain prints of this however, can be worth thousand$. OP should provide detail shots so prying eyes can figure this one out. Take a slew of close ups and pics of the edges, corners, the back, ANY printing to see what edition this is.

The bit in a circle reads TL which was his stamp. I can't read what's below in orange. A catalogue raisonne would figure this out.

So, the original painting is in the TL museum. Your print should be explored to see who printed it, etc, etc....
