I wonder ... Tesla seems to have a center part in all of those busts, and the photographs I saw also.

For a few years, I passed by a bust of Tesla a few times a week.  OP's bust immediately reminded me of that one.  But you're right and, now that I think about it, I think "the Tesla I knew" had his hair parted in the middle, too.

OP's reminds me a bit of Anthony Eden, too, so maybe I'll go Google him.

I have to agree that the resemblance is remarkable.

Maybe the ears are a little different, but other than that and the center versus side part, it's very close.

Well, heck, my other impression was Anthony Eden but I can't be sure of that, either.  Brow and jaw seem not quiote the same.  Soon I'll be seeing my own Great Uncle Harry, so I think I'm done here.

Could we get a picture of the face from straight on?

Also, any detail on the lapel pin that might give a clue? Flag, emblem, etc?

His nose looks distinctive - wide at the bridge, yet set fairly high up in relationship to his upper lip.

How is the bust attached to the base? Have you checked for marks underneath?
