Flag or Rag??

Does anyone recognize this flag.  First thought of Texas but can't find anything similar for Texas.  It is approximately 3' X 5'.  Made from a silk like  flag material.

thanks for your help.  Have another question---Does the location of the colors matter??  Mine is blue, white, and red.  The one for Croatia is red, white and blue.   Looks like it may date them.

it's doesn't matter, because Yugoslavia flag is blue, white, and red (same of yours).

Croatia was part of Yugoslav federation, their flag was different than Yugoslavia flag, So your flag is for Yugoslavia not for Croatia.
