It's a pottery clay object, looks like a musical instrument but did not produce any sound. Anyone know what kind of animal is this? what culture this item came from? is there any name for this item?

If it makes a whistling sound when you blow through it, it is an ocarina.   Should make different notes as you cover different holes.
