Any help will be appreciated. It is a pre 1945 single blade pocket knife. I cannot find another like it. I am looking for the pattern name such as Congress, Stockman, Doctors, etc. Thanks...

That bowtie shield dates it to 1915 - 1925. The general style is a Case single-blade "Hunter," I'd say. If you don't get an answer here, maybe try one of the collectors forums, such as:

Thanks maxine*j......I am going to list it here on eBay in a couple of days and I will likely call it a "single-blade hunter".
